(一)Single Person Brewing Guide

When drinking alone,it is common to use a cup with a smaller capacity,which allows for better control of the drinking amount and a more enjoyable experience of the tea's aroma and taste.

一、Preparation of Materials and Tools
1、Chrysanthemum:5-10 Jinzijian chrysanthemum flowers.

2、 Cup:A transparent glass cup or ceramic teacup with a capacity of 200-250 milliliters.

3、 Water:Boiling water at 90-100℃.

二、Brewing Steps
1、Prepare the cup:Clean the cup thoroughly to ensure there are no impurities.

2、Add chrysanthemum:Place 5-10 Jinzijian chrysanthemum flowers into the cup.

3、Rinse the chrysanthemum:Quickly rinse the chrysanthemum with warm water at around 80℃for 3-5 seconds to remove surface dust,then discard the water./4、Pour water:Slowly pour boiling water at 90-100℃into the cup,filling it to about 70%-80%of its capacity.

5、Steep:Cover the cup with a lid and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.If you prefer a stronger flavor,you can extend the steeping time to 5-8 minutes.

6、Taste:Observe the chrysanthemum blooming in the water,smell its fragrance,and sip it to enjoy the sweetness and refreshing taste of the chrysanthemum tea.

7、Pairing:Add honey,rock sugar,or lemon according to personal taste and preference for an even better flavor。

(二)Group Brewing Guide

When drinking in a group,it is common to use larger teapots or glass kettles to meet the needs of multiple people and to create a sharing atmosphere.

一、Preparation of Materials and Tools
1、Chrysanthemum:3g-5g Jinzijian chrysanthemum flowers(adjust according to the number of people).

2、Teaware:A glass kettle or ceramic teapot with a capacity of 500-1000 milliliters.

3、Water:Boiling water at 90-100℃.

4、Teacups:A small teacup with a capacity of 50-100 milliliters for each person.
